Full-fledged variant of traditional NIVA ORIGINAL mold cheese with a lactose content of less than 0.01 g / 100 g, what making it suitable for people with lactose intolerance. The main benefit of this cheese is to preserve all the taste and texture of the cheese NIVA ORIGINAL. In the cross-section of the cheese, the marble structure of the strong blue mold Penicillium roqueforti stands out on the cream-white surface. The strong blue-mold together with a special and carefully controlled ripening gives the cheese a slightly spicy taste with a slightly salty ending. NIVA ORIGINAL LACTOSE FREE is the first Slovak blue-mold delactose cheese and is produced in packaging versions - 130 g portion, intended for retail shelves and NIVA ORIGINAL halfdrum weighing approximately 1.1 kg, intended for slicing into shop counters.
