What makes Grandma's Curds

exceptional?

While in the production of other curds, whey is separated from the curd by centrifugation using special mechanical centrifuges with almost no manual labor, our curds are separated using a classic production method – straining with a high proportion of precise manual labor. This ensures that Grandma’s Curds retain all the characteristics of curds from the time our grandmothers made them.

Furthermore, only Slovak milk, predominantly from the TEKOV region, is used in its production, with no preservatives. Its long shelf life is ensured solely by unique vacuum packaging.

High protein content

Due to its energy values and high content of protein, fat, calcium, amino acids, and iron, curds are ideal for a healthy diet and for use in both cold and hot cuisine to prepare sweet and savory dishes.
