TEKOVSKÝ EIDAM is a natural, semi-hard, ripened full-fat cheese with a delicate, partially pliable consistency, without eyes or with only a small number of them. It is horseshoe-shaped and is cream to cheese-yellow in color. The taste of the cheese is clean, slightly sour, and in the case of smoked cheese, gently smoked.
