TEKOVSKÝ EIDAM is a natural, semi-hard, ripened full-fat cheese with a fine, partially pliable consistency, either without holes or with only a small number of them. It is horseshoe-shaped and ranges from creamy to cheese-yellow in color. The cheese has a clean, slightly tart taste; the smoked version is subtly smoky.
