LEVICKÝ SALÁMOVÝ SYR is a natural, semi-hard, unripened, full-fat cheese, produced by sweet coagulation using rennet. Its maturation period is shorter compared to Tekovský Salami Cheese, which allows the cheese to retain a higher lactose content. Like our other cheeses, Levický cheeses are free from artificial preservatives and colorings.
