TEKOV EIDAM is a natural, semi-hard ripened full-fat cheese with a fine, partially pliable consistency with no or only a small number of eyes. It has a horseshoe shape and is cream to cheese-yellow in color. The taste of the cheese is clean, slightly acidic, and for smoked cheese, mildly smoked.
