Kefírový trhací chlebík

Instructions:

This herb bread is simply delicious. Although I used dried herbs, you can certainly try preparing it with wild garlic, for example. Combined with chilled kefir, it will be a perfect combination. In our household, it disappeared in no time.

Instructions:

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm kefir to prepare the starter. Knead the dough using flour, oil, salt, and the starter, then let it rise for half an hour. Roll it out into a rectangle and brush with a mixture of melted butter, salt, garlic, and herbs. You can also sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cut the rectangular dough into smaller rectangles, the size of your baking pan, and arrange them vertically side by side. Let it rise in the pan for another half hour. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
