Pumpkin soup with cheese chips

Soup:

250 g Hokkaido pumpkin,

30 g BABIČKA BUTTER,

30 g all-purpose flour,

200 g BABIČKA SOUR CREAM,

400 ml water,

salt,

black pepper

Cheese chips:

100 g TEKOVSKÝ SALAMI CHEESE unsmoked

Instructions:

Prepare a roux using melted butter and flour. Pour in the sour cream and water. Then add the chopped pumpkin, salt, black pepper, and cook until soft. Finally, blend the mixture, add more water or broth if needed, and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, arrange sliced cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for approximately 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
