Plum tarts filled with curd cheese cream

Ingredients:

400 g puff pastry

Cream:

200 g GRANDMA’S COTTAGE CHEESE

1 vanilla pudding mix

300 ml milk

3 tablespoons sugar

For decoration:

fresh plums

cinnamon

Instructions:

Prepare the cream by cooking a thick pudding from milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix. While the pudding is still hot, mix in the cottage cheese. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares, approximately 10×10 cm. Place the squares into a muffin tin. Fill them with the prepared cream and top with sliced plums mixed with a little cinnamon. Bake at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.
