180 g plain wheat flour or semolina
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs

Vanilla butter:
50 g BABIČKA butter
8 g vanilla sugar

Instructions:

Make a dough from BABIČKA quark, flour, eggs, a little sugar, and salt. Cut the apricots and remove the pits. Wrap them in the prepared dough. Cook in salted water for approximately 10-12 minutes. They must float to the surface and then cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with melted vanilla butter and sprinkled with quark.
