Prepare a cream using BABIČKA sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Arrange butter cookies on the bottom of the mold. Then layer half of the prepared cream on top. Place sliced strawberries on top. Repeat each layer once more. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
