Although Levické Mliekárne is one of the oldest producers of processed cheeses in Slovakia, its production continues to adhere to the classic recipe and traditional manufacturing process for these cheeses. They are based on high-quality cheese, butter, and quark from cow’s milk, sourced exclusively from Slovak farmers, especially from the Tekov region. All these ingredients originate exclusively from our own production, which guarantees their quality and delicious milky taste. Their common characteristics are therefore a thick consistency and easy spreadability, achieved through traditional, classic production methods.
