TEKOV GRILL CHEESE 2×100 g is a handmade natural cheese with a texture suitable for grilling. After just a few minutes on the grill or in a pan, a crispy crust forms on the surface, while the inside of the cheese remains deliciously soft. The package contains two separate 100g blocks, ready for grilling immediately after unpacking without further preparation. The new vacuum packaging in thicker foil slows down its natural ripening and thus prevents premature melting. TEKOV Grill Cheese is produced in plain (unsmoked) and popular smoked varieties, traditionally only with beech wood chips. Like all TEKOV cheeses, it is made from milk from farmers in the Tekov region.
