TEKOV EIDAM is a natural, semi-hard, ripened, full-fat cheese with a delicate, partially pliable consistency with no or only a small number of eyes. It has a horseshoe shape and is cream to cheese-yellow in color. The taste of the cheese is clean, slightly acidic, and in the case of smoked cheese, mildly smoked.
