LEVICKÝ SALAMI CHEESE is a natural, semi-hard, non-ripened, full-fat cheese, produced by sweet coagulation using rennet. Its ripening process is shorter compared to that of Tekov salami cheese, which allows the cheese to retain a higher lactose content. Like our other cheeses, Levice cheeses are made without the addition of artificial preservatives and colorings.
