Instructions:
Prepare a starter from lukewarm milk, crumbled yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Mix the starter with the other ingredients and knead the dough, then let it rise for half an hour. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each into a circle, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cut into 6 triangles and roll into crescents. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
