Instructions:
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, grated or crumbled Niva cheese, butter, and salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or even overnight. Roll it out to 0.5 cm thickness and use a cookie cutter to cut out pretzel shapes. Before baking, brush with egg. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
