An excellent cream dessert, also available lactose-free. Until recently, I had no experience with lactose-free products. In taste, they are no different from regular ones; at most, they are slightly sweeter.
Instructions:
Prepare a classic vanilla pudding. To make the dough, whisk the eggs with sugar until foamy. Add water and oil, then gradually mix in the flour with baking powder and cocoa. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spoon dollops of the cooked pudding onto the dough. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes. Once cooled, layer with the cream mixture. Allow to set in the refrigerator.
