Spinach strudel

Ingredients:

1 pc puff pastry,

400 g frozen leaf spinach,

125 g NIVA ORIGINAL cheese,

2 cloves of garlic,

a handful of ground nuts,

salt,

black pepper,

1 egg,

sesame seeds

Instructions:

Sauté the frozen spinach in oil. Add salt, pepper, pressed garlic, and crumble half of the NIVA cheese. Let it cool. Roll out the puff pastry and layer it with the prepared mixture. Sprinkle with ground nuts and roll into a roulade. Brush with egg and sesame seeds, then bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
