Grate the cheese finely. Mix it together with softened butter, all-purpose flour, two eggs, salt, and sweet ground paprika. Knead the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter and cut out stars of various sizes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Arrange the finished stars on top of each other to form a Christmas tree shape.
