Bake the potatoes with their skins on at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Cut them in half and scoop out the insides. Then prepare the filling. Mix the scooped-out potato with NIVA ORIGINAL GOURMET, grated cheese, chopped spring onion, and sour cream. Stuff the potatoes with this mixture. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
