Bundt cake is a very popular dessert that satisfies the whole family and also looks beautiful on the table for any guests. I prepared it filled with BABIČKA quark. BABIČKA quark is the quark I prefer to use for both sweet and savory baking.
Instructions:
Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add oil and milk and mix. Then add the flour with baking powder. Mix to form a light batter. For the bundt cake, I used a silicone mold with a diameter of 23.5 cm. First, pour half of the light batter, then add cocoa to the remaining half. Prepare the quark filling from quark, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and vanilla sugar. Spoon the quark filling onto the light batter, then top with the cocoa batter. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 45 minutes.
