Prepare the dough using flour, sugar, egg, softened butter, lemon zest, and juice. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Cook the cream using milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix, then let it cool slightly. Finally, mix in sour cream. Line a greased 28 cm round baking pan with the dough. Prick it with a fork and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. Spread the prepared cream over the pre-baked crust and decorate with fruit. Bake together for another 15 minutes at 200°C.
