Strawberry and Quark Cake

Ingredients:

Dough:

3 eggs,

3 tbsp all-purpose flour,

3 tbsp powdered sugar,

1/2 packet baking powder,

vanilla

Cream:

250 g GRANDMA’S VANILLA QUARK,

200 ml whipping cream,

2 tbsp sugar

Topping:

500 g frozen strawberries,

1 packet vanilla pudding mix,

2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the all-purpose flour mixed with baking powder, and separately whipped egg whites. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Prepare the cream by whipping the cream and mixing it with quark; you can add sugar to taste. Spread strawberry jam on the baked base and layer the quark cream on top. Then, cook the strawberries, add sugar to taste, and mix in the vanilla pudding mix dissolved in a little water. Cook until thickened. Layer the strawberry topping on the cake and let it set in the refrigerator.
