Niva Cheese Scones

Ingredients:

250 g NIVA ORIGINAL,

250 g all-purpose flour,

200 g BABIČKA BUTTER,

1 egg

Instructions:

Grate the NIVA ORIGINAL cheese, add flour, egg, and softened butter. Knead the dough and roll it out to a thickness of ½ centimeter. Cut out circles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg and bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
