Cottage cheese strudel with pears

Filling:
500 g BABIČKA CURD CHEESE,

2 tbsp sugar,

2 eggs,

1 packet vanilla sugar,

300 g pears,

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix the curd cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the curd cheese filling on top, slice the pears, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little breadcrumbs. Roll up the strudel and brush with egg. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
