Are you familiar with cheese-stuffed meatballs? Try these turkey ones, additionally stuffed with butter. They are beautifully juicy, and with a healthy vegetable side dish, a delicious lunch or dinner is on the table.
Instructions:
Grind the meat. Mix with the egg and the chopped bread soaked in milk. Season with salt, black pepper, and marjoram. Form balls from the prepared mixture, filling them with diced cheese and butter. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can fry them in oil with butter. As a side dish, I chose arugula salad and potato-carrot mash.
