Blanch the cauliflower in salted water until just tender. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle the bottom and sides with breadcrumbs. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and arrange them in the baking dish or smaller individual baking dishes.
Whisk the eggs with the cream and add half of the grated cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Ten minutes before the end, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and continue baking.
