FILLED LADYFINGERS WITH BABIČKA SOUR CREAM

Ingredients:

2 packages of ladyfingers
500 g Babička sour cream / 250 g cream cheese
150 g Babička butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar

Instructions:

Prepare cream cheese from Babička sour cream. Transfer the cream to a sieve lined with gauze, weigh it down overnight, and allow the excess liquid to drain. Whip butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the strained cream and mix until a smooth cream is formed.
Using a piping bag, fill the ladyfingers and join them together. Dip them in cold milk, then decorate the top with more cream and fruit. Allow to set in the refrigerator.
