DELAKTO baked cheese in puff pastry

Instructions:

To prepare the spinach base, sauté the onion in a little oil. Add chopped leaf spinach and simmer gently. Finally, soften with a little cream and reduce to evaporate all excess liquid. Let it cool.

Roll out the puff pastry and prepare a square of about 20×20 cm. Layer the cooled spinach mixture on the bottom. If you want to replace the spinach with something else, you can try another vegetable mix, pesto, or even tomato sauce or ketchup. Place the whole TEKOV CHEESE DELAKTO on top of the spinach (about 100 g per serving). You can also add ham on top. Wrap the prepared ingredients into a bundle, ideally covering all the seams. Brush with egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prepare other portions in the same way and bake at 220°C for about 15 minutes.

Serve with a fresh vegetable salad.
