Blend the cottage cheese into a smoother consistency. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until foamy and mix them into the cottage cheese. Add the flour with baking powder. Finally, gradually fold in the whipped egg whites. Cook the pancakes in a pan, lightly greased with butter or oil.
Prepare the sauce from frozen fruit, add sugar and a little water, then bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Season with lemon juice and zest. Serve with the pancakes, which can be sprinkled with cottage cheese on top.
