Pineapple Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Dough:

1.5 cups all-purpose flour,

1 cup sugar,

2 eggs,

1 packet baking powder,

1 can pineapple,

Filling:

500 g Grandma’s Curd Cheese,

1 vanilla pudding mix,

300 ml milk,

1 packet vanilla sugar,

4 tbsp sugar

Topping: a handful of nuts and a handful of chopped chocolate

Instructions:

Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy. Add the flour with baking powder and the blended pineapple (including its juice). Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Prepare vanilla pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding mix. Add the blended quark and layer this prepared cream onto the baked dough. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate and let it set in the refrigerator.
