150 g Babička curd cheese
150 g broccoli
200 g cooked rice
3 tbsp plain flour
1 clove garlic
chives
salt, pepper

Instructions:

Cook the broccoli in salted water until tender. Let it cool and chop into small pieces. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cooked broccoli, cooked rice, flour, and pressed garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped chives. Mix the mixture well to form a thick dough. Shape the dough into pancakes and fry them in oil on both sides. Serve with yogurt dip or as a side dish.
