Poppy seed cake with kefir

Ingredients:

2 cups of semi-coarse flour,

1 cup granulated sugar,

2 cups KEFÍR BABIČKA,

1 cup whole poppy seeds,

1 cup oil,

3 eggs,

1 packet baking powder

Glaze:

150 g dark chocolate,

1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

Whisk the eggs and sugar until foamy. Add the mixture of flour, poppy seeds, and baking powder. Finally, add the kefir and oil. Mix well and pour onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Let it cool and then drizzle with the prepared chocolate glaze.
