Roll out the puff pastry and brush it with egg. Grate or crumble the NIVA cheese and fold the pastry in half. Brush the surface again with egg, optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cut into strips. Twist the individual strips into spirals and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes.
