Cream tartlets

Ingredients:

250 g all-purpose flour,

100 g powdered sugar,

125 g GRANDMA’S BUTTER

1 egg

Cream:

400 ml milk

1 vanilla pudding mix,

200 ml GRANDMA’S SOUR CREAM

3 tablespoons sugar

From the flour, sugar, egg, and butter, prepare a buttery dough. Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. Then, press a very thin layer into greased tartlet cases and bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the molds and allow to cool. For the cream, prepare pudding from the milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix. Let it cool, then combine with the sour cream. Spread raspberry jam on the baked tartlet cases and layer the cream on top. Finally, decorate with raspberries and refrigerate overnight.
