Ingredients:

300 g semi-coarse flour,

150 g BABIČKA BUTTER,

1 tsp baking powder,

1 egg,

1 egg yolk,

4 tbsp granulated sugar

Filling:

500 g Grandma’s Curd Cheese,

150 g granulated sugar,

0.5 l milk,

100 ml oil,

1 package Zlatý klas,

1 package vanilla sugar,

3 egg yolks,

1 pc egg

Topping:

4 egg whites,

5 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions:

Combine the dough ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by combining quark, milk, sugar, oil, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and Zlatý klas powder, then whisk them together. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet and pour the prepared filling on top. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Whisk the egg whites and sugar into a meringue, then after 20 minutes, spread it over the cake and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve the cake chilled.
