Prepare the yeast starter using milk, yeast, and a little sugar. Then add flour, egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, and melted butter. Knead the dough and let it rise for at least half an hour. Meanwhile, cook a pudding cream using milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix. Mix cottage cheese into the cooked pudding and stir.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape, spread the prepared cream on it. Then roll it up into a log and cut into 2 cm slices. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 20 minutes. Once done, you can brush with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
