Prepare the pancake batter using the ingredients for the dough. Cook on a pan lightly greased with oil. For the filling, sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add spinach, salt, pepper, and simmer briefly. Add cottage cheese to the finished mixture and stir. Fill the pancakes with the prepared filling and roll them up. Arrange in a baking dish and pour over a mixture of milk, eggs, and part of the cheese. Grate the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
