5 tbsp powdered sugar,

3 eggs,

1 vanilla sugar,

1.5 tbsp corn starch,

300g frozen blueberries

We present a recipe for a luxurious quark cake, which is perfectly suited for family days. It will satisfy the entire family, with some left over for breakfast. Thanks to the quark, it is wonderfully moist, and the blueberries make it incredibly fresh.

Instructions:

Prepare the dough from the ingredients listed above. Divide it into two parts and chill in the refrigerator, or briefly in the freezer, until firm. Prepare the quark filling by combining the quark, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and corn starch. Grate half of the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Spread the quark filling evenly and sprinkle with blueberries; alternatively, you may mix some blueberries directly into the filling. Grate the remaining half of the dough over the top. Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
