Are Christmas scents already filling your home? If, like me, you enjoy a moister dessert on your Christmas table in addition to traditional Christmas cookies, try this Christmas curd cake. You can also use cinnamon or a handful of nuts.
Line the baking pan with puff pastry and prick it with a fork. For the filling, combine the curd cheese, add the eggs, vanilla pudding, and sugar with cinnamon. Stir, and you can also add a handful of nuts. Pour into the baking pan. Cut out stars from the remaining pastry and arrange them on top. Bake at 175°C for approximately 35 minutes.
