Chocolate brownie with raspberries

Ingredients:

300 g chocolate,

250 g BABICKA BUTTER,

50 g sugar,

4 eggs,

140 g all-purpose flour,

80 g cocoa,

pinch of salt,

1/2 baking powder,

200 g raspberries

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Whisk the eggs and sugar until foamy, then whisk in the melted chocolate and butter. Finally, add the flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and arrange fresh raspberries on top. Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
