Kefir cake with homemade jam

Ingredients:

Dough:

2 cups of 3.3% KEFIR GRANDMA,

2 cups of semi-coarse flour,

1 cup of all-purpose flour,

3 eggs,

3/4 cup of oil,

1 cup of sugar,

1 packet vanilla sugar,

1 baking powder

Filling: raspberry jam

Instructions:

Mix the flour with baking powder, two cups of kefir, sugar, add oil, eggs, and knead the dough. Pour half of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Layer raspberry jam on the dough and cover with the second half of the dough. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
