350 g frozen spinach

300 g semi-coarse flour

2 pcs eggs, salt

Sauce:

250 g NIVA ORIGINAL cheese

200 ml whipping cream

Instructions:

Thaw the spinach and mix it with flour, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough and drop it through a spaetzle maker into boiling water. When they float to the surface, you can remove them from the water. Prepare the sauce by dissolving crumbled NIVA cheese in cream. You can season with salt and black pepper. Use sour cream to make it milder.
