Blueberry Crumb Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Dough:

500 g of semi-coarse flour,

150 g of granulated sugar,

250 g BABICKA BUTTER,

1 baking powder,

2 tbsp cocoa

Filling:

500 g Grandma’s Curd Cheese,

1 BABIČKA sour cream,

1 vanilla sugar,

4 tablespoons of powdered sugar,

3 tablespoons of vanilla pudding mix

Fruit: 250 g of blueberries

Instructions:

Mix the semi-coarse flour with baking powder, add softened butter, sugar, and cocoa to half of the mixture. Spread the dark half of the dry mixture onto a greased small baking sheet. Then, mix quark, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Layer the prepared filling over the dry mixture, add blueberries, and finally, top with the light dry mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
