200 ml whipping cream,

Instructions:

Defrost the spinach and mix it with flour, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough and drop it into boiling water using a dumpling maker. Once they float to the surface, remove them from the water. Prepare the sauce by dissolving the crumbled NIVA cheese in the cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Use sour cream for a smoother texture.
