TEKOV lactose-free cheeses are semi-hard ripened full-fat cheeses with a delicate, partially pliable consistency, with no or only a small number of eyes. The cheeses have a salami shape and are cream to cheese-yellow in color. The taste of the cheeses is pure, with smoked cheeses on beech wood having a slightly smoked flavor. By adding the enzyme lactase, these cheeses become suitable products for people with lactose intolerance. Lactose content < 0.01g/100g.
