TEKOV GRILL CHEESE 2×100 g is a handmade natural cheese with a structure suitable for thermal preparation by grilling. After just a few minutes on the grill or in a pan, a crispy crust forms on the surface, while the inside of the cheese remains deliciously soft. The package contains two individual 100g blocks, ready for grilling immediately after unpacking without further preparation. The new vacuum packaging in thicker foil slows down its natural maturation and thus prevents potential melting. TEKOV Grill Cheese is produced in plain unsmoked and popular smoked variants, traditionally only on beech wood chips. Like all TEKOV cheeses, it is made from milk from farmers in the Tekov region.
