Prepare a starter from lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix the flour with the prepared starter, add BABIČKA kefir and salt, and knead the dough. Let the dough rise for an hour. Then divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape them into balls. Roll these out and wrap grated TEKOV cheese inside, then roll out again. Cook on a dry pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Brush the finished flatbreads with melted BABIČKA herb butter.
