200 g all-purpose flour,

0.5 l milk,

2 eggs,

1 dcl oil,

salt

Filling:

1 package frozen spinach,

250 g BABIČKA COTTAGE CHEESE,

garlic,

onion,

salt,

black pepper,

100 g TEKOVSKÝ UNSMOKED SALAMI CHEESE,

2 eggs,

milk

Have you tried savory baked pancakes? In my opinion, it’s a great idea for a delicious lunch that can even be reheated the next day. With a generous amount of cheese on top.

Instructions:

Prepare the pancake batter using the dough ingredients. Cook on a lightly oiled pan. For the filling, sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add spinach, salt, pepper, and simmer briefly. Add cottage cheese to the mixture and stir. Fill the pancakes with the prepared filling and roll them up. Arrange in a baking dish and pour over a mixture of milk, eggs, and some of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
